Co-Owner
Jeremy Poague is the proud partner and owner of Poague Manufacturing Solutions, LLC, operating as A.M. Metal, formerly AM Sheet Metal, Inc., in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
A veteran, family man, leader, and experienced professional, Jeremy brings more than 20 years of industrial experience to the company. His background includes work as a field mechanic, welder, shop fabricator, industrial dust collection specialist, and business owner.
Jeremy served two tours in Iraq as a United States Marine and completed 15 years of military service, helping shape his leadership, discipline, and commitment to excellence.
His education includes an Entrepreneurship Certificate Program, an Associate Degree in Business Administration, and several years of mechanical engineering and related coursework. He also is the sole owner of Air & Process Equipment Company, a design-build, dust collection and industrial ventilation company.
Jeremy’s work is guided by trustworthiness, attention to detail, honesty, loyalty, integrity, knowledge, skill, gratitude, and pride. These values continue to shape the way A.M. Metal serves its customers today.

John Poague is a longtime entrepreneur and business owner with decades of experience building and growing successful companies across multiple industries. Over the course of his career, he founded and led several businesses, including Four Seasons Ground Maintenance, B&P Refuse Disposal, and Patriot Disposal, each of which grew into significant operations under his leadership.
His background reflects a strong track record in business development, operations, team leadership, customer service, and long-term strategic growth. John has a practical understanding of what it takes to build a company, manage day-to-day operations, and create systems that support lasting success.
He brings that same experience and vision to A.M. Metal, helping support the company’s continued growth while reinforcing its commitment to quality, service, and strong customer relationships.
General Manager
Dan Heintzelman is a family man who loves to spend time in the outdoors. Dan takes great pride in developing people and processes for long-term success. He has been in manufacturing for 30+ years across multiple industries. Dan has had the privilege of serving in many different disciplines of businesses throughout his career including production control, production management, engineering, maintenance, and plant management. He has been an integral part of multiple facility startups as well as major conversions of operating facilities.
His education includes coursework in Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Maintenance Management, Six Sigma as well as Dale Carnegie leadership programs. He believes in and drives continuous improvement in all aspects of business and life. Dan is always looking for ways to strengthen his people and the business processes.
Dan’s leadership style is driven by building trust through showing respect and leading by example.
Over 50 years of experience in custom fabrication, installation, project supervision, and company operations, including serving as interim General Manager during the 2025–2026 ownership transition.
Dave Danneker brings 40+ years of experience in metal fabrication, with expertise spanning fabrication, installation, estimating, project management, and daily operations at AM Metal.
Serves as an assistant general manager role as well as an account manager and estimator. Jeff is a Welding & Fabrication engineer educated at Penn College Technology.
Candy is the receptionist at A.M. Metal, serving as the first point of contact for customers and vendors. She manages calls, assists with office operations, and helps ensure clients receive prompt, friendly service.
Harry leads custom design and fabrication, combining creativity with technical expertise. He specializes in developing tailored solutions to meet unique project requirements.
Jeff is a highly experienced welder and fabricator known for precision. He ensures every project meets high standards of strength and performance.
Bob brings solid hands-on experience in welding and fabrication across various projects. He is known for delivering dependable results with strong attention to detail.
James oversees field operations with extensive mechanical experience. He ensures equipment runs smoothly and projects stay on track.
